SHORT SORY
“HOW TO KNOW AND GROW UP YOUR TALENTS” and
“MY
TALENTS MY LIFE”
My
name is Masunga Ndamo. I was born on 1990 at Tabora region particularly –
Igunga district Tanzania. I` m the third child among eight children in our
family, I live at Manyoni – Singida however not a native there. I live with my
parents excellent Masunga Sangarali and my mother excellent Liku Mashomali,
both my parents are famers, they do mixed family
My
true story in relation to my talents which I own follow the chain below you
will know it well
Masunga
Ndamo born on 1990 at Igunga District Tabora Tanzania and grew there from 0
year to 13 years ago. I lived with my parents practiced mixed agriculture that
means we kept animals and cultivated crops. The crops were cottons, wheat,
millet, maize, tuber and beans plants, animals were cow, cattle, sheep, dogs,
donkeys, cats, and hens
We
practiced mixed farming that is sometimes we grazed near home while when
scarcity of grasses and water we shifted to where made available and I was a
one who took care of cows, sheep and goats since 1994.
Transhumant
routes: on 1996 June – December we went to Kambagu now found at Simiyu region,
1997 July to August, 1999 June to September to Mbalagane to Ifungilo, 2000
September to December at Ganyawa – Igunga, 2006 July to January at Isakamaliwa,
2007 from July to November at Isugilo – Igunga, and finally on 2011 my parents
moved to new settlement at Manyoni and expand area by buying some Parts of Bahi
hence made two settlement areas Manyoni and Bahi
The early life; since I was a kid I liked to play with animals, wondering the beautiful scene of the nature, painting, and drawing, leg counting games, running, making walls, muddy wildlife species, gathering rocks, trapping birds through the use of natural traps
Total
yield per day ranged from 100 to 500 birds
The
birds trapped from the forest near water bodies
like
rivers, ponds, and food remains, sometimes
We
engaged in day – night hunting in the forest
The
captured birds sold at clubs, and to the local
Dwellers, by then the revenues obtained was
enough
to meet our desired; See figure above at the right hand showing an example of
natural traps called “Ulembo” ‘inoni ighusa du uhnata mpaka nandime nene ntengi’
That is the local says meant that if a bird
touch the trap is also captured already no one can draw off until the trapper
himself. By then I was about nine years old and yet not in school
I
remember one day It was the morning 6:00P.m one guy called Gamwa, who was from
school after class hours and who was my village mate whom also was the bird
trapper he asked to exchange birds with books and gave me nine books namely:
Sayansikimu, Kilimo, Stadi za kazi, Maarifa ya Jamii, Hesabu, Historia of 1880,
Kiswahili, and Kiinga
On
2001, was the turning point of my life my brother (Washima) sent me to school
at Sanga Itinje primary school on October 31in Shinyanga – Mwahnuzi now Simiyu
where we stayed as graziers. We stayed there for three years and later on we
moved to Igunga...home to my parents during the transition to Igunga I left
school for three months and spent time in grazing because my father tried to
find the permissions from all levels and the process was so long. In July 2003
I joined Mgondamvela primary school.
Throughout
primary life I likely to draw pictures, maps, trees, animals, people, water
bodies like Lake, ponds, caves, mountains, stars, critiques of anything came
across my sphere must be questioned, by series of questions, I made wood cars,
motorcycles, bus, grass blooms, hand needling of house.
On
9 – 12 September, 2007; I did my standard seven National Examination (NECTA)
and the results announced on November 2007, I delayed to get the results due to
communication challenges as I lived in rural where networks in an issues, but
on December my father went to the town and check result by then all viewers
would be in a queue waiting for results. I thank God because the results were
good
Yes
I remember one day, it was on Monday March 18/ 2008 I attended Mbutu secondary
school as a secondary student, I mate tens of fellows from various villages. I
learnt geography, biology, chemistry, history, mathematics, English, civics,
Swahili, physics and extra curriculums like playing, praying, and harvesting. I
loved geography, biology, chemistry, Swahili, mathematics, and history. My hobbies
included writing articles like Swahili program in East Africa, Swahili should
be used as a medium of communication throughout schoolings, personal notebooks ,
researches by volunteering, games, guiding others by doing, problem solver,
wondering plants, animals, and walking into water bodies to see fishes (river
mbutu, manonga, and wami), plants living in waters, birds, air plane and so
forth. When I try to compare these things with my talents are seemed to
relates, and my career, talents, and hobbies of today. Then from 5 - 9/ 9 /2011
I did my form four NECTA and I succeeded to join advanced secondary education
On
Apply 2011 I went tom Nyarubanda High school taking a combination of HGK;
however I learnt biology, chemistry, mathematics in my own time because I loved
them. On July 20 / 2011 I migrated to Gombe High school Kigoma because I saw my
career, hobbies, and talents will nourishment well to be at Gombe, because it
is located near Gombe National park, in the forest, water sheds, beauty – scene
fully of landscapes, and varieties of animal species, and since from the
beginning I preferred such things
When
I joined Gombe high school I wrote two articles, the first concerned the
Biography of Gombe national park from 1950s to 2012, landscapes, and waterfalls
like Kalande fall, Animals such as Chimpanzees` life, communities, plants,
monkeys, and apes, birds, soil and climate within Gombe national park. The
second was the classification of soil around the campus of KITOBE and I
discovered varieties types of soil such as sand, silt, clay soil, and loam soil
and the findings show the roles of bed rocks on soil formation, types, Ph, and
distributions of various species basing on types of soil for example pigs
likely to live in red soil since it provides zinc, iron and other related
minerals crucial to their bodies, and sand soil that is easier to dig. On 5 - 9
/ 5 / 2013 I did the National Examination for Advanced learner (NECTA) and I
won to high education
On
22 September 2014 I joined HIGHER LEARNING – main campus). I also took geography and history as my prior hobbies, talents,
and basing on my mission, visions, and my way to success in saving the universe
and the world at all. My dreams is to be world ecologist of all kinds, to
initiates organizations that will mobilizes, teach kids, young, adults, elders
and all other groups of people, research, to carry out much seminars, and self
determinations of every one (one should know her or his roles and act as if one
among biological components, think what would happen if he or she stay and live
as a single living organism like others plants, insects, birds then what cloud
be ones` best role to balance the lives of everything.
As
normal as my visions and missions is to grow up academically, professionalism
and become a real world expert who will save the generations wherever they will
be found, mostly to pull world eyes into East Africa – Tanzania as a center of
discovering. Now I always spent my time wring books of my own that is now I
have two books (geography), and “the nature is the center of discovering, ways
to successes” apart from the university researches, I also do voluntarily
researches, and writing many articles now my article called “the comparisons”
which will be published on April 2017. My brain always are in total
scrutinizing on how I will complete my tasks to my fellow generations perhaps
millenniums generations to come because I believe human beings – me – we are here as the gift
and drivers of next generations.
Yes,
I think there other people who think and plan similar things, but due to
challenges encountered them they end up withdrawing their dream but what I
think the subjects we learnt should be checked every year as the time go the
needs of the societies also change and not remaining similar subjects and
combinations, and the universities should be sensitive to update programs
offered to learners, initiating new courses which are benefits to the
communities no need of waiting others instead should initiates us first other
will follow us later
Summary
of my true story about how one can know his talents: one should think
critically about who is him, or her, what things liked from the beginning, what
hobbies do you love, and why, how and in what extents do you love such things,
what challenges you pass through, what solution might be right to be taken,
what about your career now, is it match your hobbies, what talents you have, to
what extent did you used your talents, what are the missions and visions do you
have now. The teachers have some contributions on your career, but your talents
are special and inborn and everyone has the unique talents. However two may
have similar careers, but different talents out of what they learnt at various
levels of studies and no one can stop but one can slower your speed to reach
where you expected to be, except God, and a person may delay you to reach your
focus for example thank about me on 2003 I left school and spent time on
grazing cattle but when I joined Mgondamvela primary school I grew - up to
secondary, advanced and now university education. Parents contributes much on
your careers, and talents, but the nature shapes your talents and leads to
“think from simple ideals into complex ideas and scientific thoughts and
physical materials such as think to be on the sky then you find out the
mechanisms to be used so as you can fly over the sky and this leads to the
discovering” innovations and theories to gather with principles formulations – masunga`
thoughts purely.
The
universities have contributions also for example looking on myself all my
lectures contributed important things to my talents and my careers, programs
given to students tend to sharpen my talents, and hobbies. Therefore join me
this say “My talents my life – believes on you, your have values and unique
potentials do it now, and use the nature to discover more for the benefits of
your country and never lose your focus”
Thanks
you very much for following my true story about how one can know and hold his
or talents and be come true
Yes
we can and one day yes
Never
give up
